I know from experience that clients who earn more than the average person, combined with more assets, simply need more help.

If you have been a private client of a bank, then you will know that your every move is monitored, and you can find yourself in a position where you may have outgrown your lender.

This can be due to the technique that most banks use where they of course want you to have all your properties secured by them, usually cross securitised. 

Sometimes this is necessary for you to be able to leverage as much equity as possible but, it can certainly have its downsides when it comes time to you wanting to purchase more property and the bank says No!

This is when you need the services of an experienced Broker to work with you to unravel your properties and change some things around, to best suit you and not the bank.

There are so many lenders to choose from with many different policies.  Just because your lender won’t assist you, it doesn’t mean that it can’t be done.
